Thrive Kids 6-10 years

Jump, Hop, Skip, Push, Pull, Balance, Climb and Crawl!

Fundamental movements that come natural to children, paired with some functional body weight exercises, guided by correct technique, that will help to strengthen their bodies, while enjoying being active.

Whether they are already into sports, or not- they can find enjoyment and a real sense of achievement through these sessions- which are primarily designed to have fun, with some challenges throughout every session.

Your child will NEVER be forced to do an activity they fear, or pushed into anything. They will be respected as humans, with real feelings, and will be gently encouraged as they gain the confidence in themselves to tackle a new challenge. For every child this is unique. They will learn to develop the skill of teamwork, as they work with other ThriveKids to achieve various activities.

 

Whether they are tackling the elements of our epic outdoor obstacle course, or learning to correctly squat, push-up and strengthen their bodies safely- humans were born to move, and the hope is for every child to come away feeling fitter, stronger, more confident, and proud of themselves- and having enjoyed moving!
